With over two decades of dedicated service in education, Robyn Urbani brings a wealth of experience and a passion for student success to their role in Everman ISD. Previously, Mrs. Urbani worked with Fort Worth ISD for 21 years, where she significantly contributed to campus operations and instructional improvements.

Throughout her tenure at Fort Worth ISD, Mrs. Urbani played a pivotal role in enhancing educational practices and student outcomes. Her primary duties included leading weekly Professional Learning Communities, focusing on Data Driven Instruction, Talk, Read, Talk, Write, and Habits of Discussion. She were instrumental in training staff on Lead4ward to address academic gaps and oversaw the Freshmen Success Initiative, achieving an exceptional 96% matriculation rate for first-year freshmen.

Mrs. Urbani also excelled in monitoring instructional progress, evaluating academic growth, and ensuring high teacher quality through classroom observations and professional development. She maintained a positive school climate, supported the development of the school’s Master Schedule, and managed all aspects of school-wide testing logistics. Additionally, she served as the LPAC administrator, ensuring students’ growth in essential language skills, and managed the Campus’ CTE Smartfind Budget of $60,000.

Beyond her educational career, Mrs. Urbani has demonstrated remarkable leadership and commitment to community service. As Vice President and Board Member of Championship Basketball, Inc. since 2006, she organizes and facilitates the details and implementation of the organization's major events and extensive public relations efforts.

Balancing a fulfilling career with family life, Mrs. Urbani is married to a supportive husband and is the proud parent of two sons, ages 12 and 3, along with two bonus children. Her commitment to both education and community continues to make a significant impact in her current role and beyond. She is excited to be a part of the Everman Bulldog Family!!
