Assistant Principal - Jason Richmond
Jason Richmond, a native of Flint, Michigan, is entering his 13th year in the field of education. Mr. Richmond strives to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment for both students and teachers. He began his career as an 8th-grade English Language Arts Teacher, where he discovered a passion for leadership and community engagement.
A proud alumnus of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Mr. Richmond earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Driven to expand his impact in education, he pursued graduate studies at Concordia University of Texas, obtaining his Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
Before stepping into his current role as Assistant Principal at Joe C. Bean High School, Mr. Richmond served as an assistant principal in middle school and as an elementary school principal. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive perspective on fostering academic excellence, equity, and student growth across all grade levels.
As an Assistant Principal, Mr. Richmond is committed to supporting Everman ISD's mission and vision by building positive relationships with all stakeholders and empowering every student to discover their purpose. He works closely with students, families, and staff to cultivate an inclusive and collaborative school culture.
Mr. Richmond is honored to contribute to the success and growth of Joe C. Bean High School and the Everman community.
