Introducing Our New Volunteer Management System

Volunteer Management System (VMS)Everman ISD uses Verkada, a user-friendly platform designed to make it easier than ever for families, community members, and partners to get involved in our schools. 

All visitors will be required to check in at the front office with a state-issued driver's license or ID.

Getting Started Is Easy

  1. 2026-2027 School Year Application Coming Soon.

  2. Upload Required Documents The pre-screening application will require you to upload a valid state-issued Driver's License/ID or a passport.

  3. Seek Opportunities You can now inquire about volunteer opportunities directly at your school of choice.

  4. Track Hours We will be able to track your hours and see your impact.

Safety is always our top priority. Verkada includes built-in background checks to ensure all volunteers meet our district’s safety standards.
