Everman Joe C. Bean High School

Mrs. Azure Dismuke holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Paul Quinn College. She has 18 years of diverse experience in education, having served in various roles including Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, Principal, Instructional Coach, and Specialist. Her background includes both instructional and leadership roles across multiple grade levels, from Pre-K through 8th grade. She now proudly serves as the Assistant Principal at Everman Joe C. Bean High School.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Dismuke has remained committed to building leadership capacity in teachers and fostering a school environment where all students are provided with the tools, support, and high-quality instruction necessary for success. She is passionate about developing educators, inspiring excellence, and cultivating a culture that prioritizes student achievement and continuous professional growth.

Mrs. Dismuke has been married for 24 years and is the proud mother of her son, Landon. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys reading, journaling, and spending quality time with her family. She is also actively involved in her local church, where she serves in both the youth and women’s ministries.

With a strong belief in the power of relationships, mentorship, and high expectations, Mrs. Dismuke remains dedicated to empowering students and staff to reach their full potential.
